Who is Nokhitha and what his job?
Nokhitha is the
commander and the captain of his ship who is command his sailors to do their
job. Nokhitha have responsibilities for his ship it is like a pearl that he
carry it around with him all time but in the seas. One of Nokhitha skills are
knowing the paths of seas, and have good behavior. Every Nokhitha should have
physical ability to lead his ship and have detailed knowledge of the marine
routes.
What
is Nokhitha Responsibilities?
Nokhitha has a responsibility to save the ship
if there is unreliable or unexpected attack, and the Navy do their duty and to
comply with the orders Nokhitha. He does not allow for any sailor to take a
decision that suits him, but it full respect to the captain's, so there is no
time to waste, leading to the loss of life and property.
What
is Nokhitha Rights?
It is Nokhitha

rights is he make the decision to depart or to stop the ship but it is under
circumstances that if there is reason, in the journey sometime they use to dive
under the sea to collect treasures or valuable items but sometime they dive to
collect food, and the work are measured by the size and it is not detailed.

Nokhitha need to provide to his sailors?
It is the
Nokhitha have to provide his sailors with amount of money that it don’t exceed
200 Dirhams and with this amount of money before worth 200,000 Dirhams at this
time. Regards to health treatment for sailors who have a disease, determine how
to deal with this situation. And that one of Nokhitha duties look up the
nearest doctor in United Arab Emirates when there is infection to any sailor
after leaving the country towards India, and therefore take care of him, and if
the treatment needs to be the time to the Nokhitha seas back to United Arab
Emirates and drop them over and help them get treated fast. In the case of the
sea have rough waves the crew have to stay in the hospital to take the
treatment or in their homes. And if one
of the sailors was delayed in returning to the ship, the Nokhitha of his right
to leave, and on the seas act to catch the ship the way open to him and at his
expense own.
Reflection
Regarding
this information I interviewed my Grandfather Ali Abdullah Bani hammad and he
is 81 years old he provide me with those information awhile I am interviewing
and collecting information from him. It was fun talking about the old days and
the old people is it like precious memory they treasured that will be telling
by us in the near future.
